Don’t dive head first in and throw everything into a LLM as this could be disastrous for the business. Pick a small repeated task (usually a boring one) which is maybe abit time consuming. Writing a blog post or updating a weekly spreadsheet. Then work with a LLM (Chat GPT, Gemini, Claude loads more to choose from) and get the task to be automated. Once you have got it working – check it , check it, check it to make sure it is correct. If it is start on another small task until you become comfortable with the LLM and how it works. Start small and work up.
